First time customer at Parkway Automotive, they were highly recommended and have gained me as a customer for a lifetime. It was a great experience from the phone conversation with Kim, to speaking with Curtis when I walked thru the door and the entire time my vehicle was there, AJ was very informative about what I needed and what the game plan was moving forward. I will never ever go back to ( don’t want to say) but my MERCEDES and I received the best care ever. Everyone smiled and was happy to help. I felt like I was appreciated for choosing them. I even brought someone with me to pick up my vehicle and when we left, they called and said “ where did you find these guys, I like them” so they not only gained a lifetime customer with me but the person that was with me too. Great repair shop! Parkway Automotive provides a completely different experience than going to a dealer and other independents. Their crew is awesome! They are transparent, knowledgeable, and courteous. I really appreciated the thorough explanation of work done, charges, and the shuttle service. Highly recommend. They were the only reputable shop in town I found who would install an aftermarket cold air intake and throttle body spacer on my truck. They performed the work efficiently and returned my vehicle to me without a single greasy fingerprint. The technician, Brian, even wiped down my engine compartment! This place cares for their customers and the quality of service they provide. I confidently trust them to repair/upgrade/maintain the right way, the first time!

Nothing but satisfaction and praise for Parkway Automotive. I have trusted my Genesis to them several times. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps, job always completed when promised. Shuttle service with friendly drivers. I’m glad I discovered Parkway Automotive.

Honesty and hospitality are the words I would use to sum up how Curtis and the entire crew have earned my trust. I always feel that they have my best interest in mind and offer to shuttle customers so you’re not stuck or begging for a ride from a buddy. Thank you to the entire crew for confidently getting me back on the road.

Parkway Automotive is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. We were traveling to Little Rock and encountered some car issues. They got us in as soon as they could and even drove to get the part we needed from a nearby town. Their free shuttle service was awesome, dropping us off at a brunch place and picking us up. We were back on the road by lunch time. Thank you Curtis, AJ, David, and Glen for your help!

Thought my car had an issue that would cost $2k+ to fix, most garages would take me at face value to make money off of me but instead their technicians looked at my car and fixed a minor issue that resolved what I was experiencing, resulting in them making much less money. I’ve never had this experience before, highly recommend this shop.

Parkway was a great choice to go to for my repair. I was passing throw and had a break down. They show me what had gone wrong. They was very kind and work with me. Patrick was great to work with. They even taken me to a hotel for the night and picked me up. Great place to get you vehicle worked on. My truck a diesel and they had no problem working on it. I had asked them to put in the turning light that had gone out. They was happy to do that

Hands down, top-notch service. I brought my Subaru to get a second opinion. They were professional, honest, and very hospitable. From the moment I walked in to being shuttled to and from my home - it was a great experience. I am very impressed! They have gained a regular customer.

Absolute BEST service I've ever received at a shop. Not only was the team very friendly and welcoming they took the time to make sure I understood the issues my car had. I brought my Chevy in for an inspection since it's new to me and they did fantastic by giving me a very detailed report of their findings. Brad and Dave are the bomb! I will Absolutely be using them for future repairs. They were also able to shuttle me to and from work so I didn't have to miss a day of pay on top of having my car in the shop! I was also never pressured into any repairs or purchases which I typically encounter with auto shops

I Have been solely responsible for the upkeep of my car for many years, have lived in Little Rock for 5 years. I know nothing about cars (and don't want to). That is the reason I need a dependable place to take my car and found it at Parkway Automotive!!!!! One thing I noticed right away is the length of time the employees have worked for Parkway. People do not stay for many years if they are not happy. The longer I have been with them, the more I realize I CAN trust them. Their shuttle service is wonderful too. They really care about their customers and it shows. They have gone out of their way to help me which I appreciate very much. From my experience (and I have had plenty) if you are searching for great service, knowledgeable, experienced mechanics at a fair price, look no further!!!!
